Arthur P. Butler, Artistic Painting of Decorative Plaster Cornice Moulding, Medallions and Centerpieces.

When considering the possibilities of what your mouldings could be, keep in mind:

"Every creative act involves a new innocence of perception liberated from the cataract of accepted belief." ~Arthur Koestler

Mine is the craft of painting Plaster Moulding in the "Old European Style" or "Robert Adam"(1728-1792) way of enhancing the various elements of the moulding with colour. This is the classic form of making the details come alive. The final look and feel is determined by the choice of colour.

I worked in Ireland with my father for 23 years believing in the policy "we are only as good as our last job" I moved to Canada 16 years ago and continue the tradition of "Quality and value for money first and foremost" All my work is carried out by myself.
